Have you ever wanted to explore like a kid again and play without a schedule to keep? Dream Flora took us on a whimsical journey of play through the Atlanta Botanical Garden, where we experienced the magic of art and nature coming together in a delightful way.
In the face of the pandemic and our inability to travel, we created a technical solution that allowed us to remotely map the garden and design an artwork that seamlessly installed into the immensely complicated landscape.
Dream Flora was a gigantic, immersive aerial art installation that floated through the treetops at Atlanta’s Botanical Garden. Composed of over 78,000 colorful nylon streamers, this 12,500-square-foot art piece created a fanciful, almost lyrical expression that playfully wound through the lush green tree canopy leading guests through Storza Woods to experience the garden in a fresh, unexpected way.
